چکیده
Argon oxygen decarbonization (AOD) slag refers to a byproduct of stainless steel (SS) production, which has caused considerable environmental stress. Finding an effective approach for recycling AOD is essential safety. In this work, batch leaching tests were carried out explore the behavior and soil. Pot experiments was conducted analyze fertilization effect tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea Schreb) planting. The plant height, biomass, total root length (TRL), surface area (RSA), tips (RT), hairs (RH)), chlorophyll content, malondialdehyde (MDA) antioxidant enzyme activities seedlings measured. As indicated from results, adding into soil increased pH. concentration Ca, Si, Al, Cr higher than original soil, while that Mg, Mn, Fe lower. Low addition rate (≤1%) good growth, synthesis, whereas high (≥2%) exerted opposite effect. Elevating accumulation in seedling aggravated damage reactive species (ROS). When at low (≤1%), ROS scavenging attributed synergistic effects superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) defense systems, fertilization, excessive could be mainly due CAT system.

Phytoextraction is gaining acceptance as a cost-effective and environmentally friendly phytoremediation strategy for reducing toxic metal levels from contaminated soils. Cognizant of the potential of this phytoremediation technique as an alternative to expensive engineering-based remediation technologies, experiments were conducted to evaluate the suitability of some plants as phytoextraction s...
متن کاملEffect of humic acid and mulches on characteristics of tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea Schreb.)
Application[Editor 321] of biotic growth regulators (e.g. humic components) and appropriate mulches is recommended to improve turfgrass quality especially in arid andsemi-arid climate zones. However, limited number of studies have investigated their effect on lawn establishment. To investigate the effect of humic acid (HA) and selected mulches on characteristics of Festuca arundinacea in its p...

متن کاملAssociation Analysis of Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR) Markers with Agronomic Traits in Tall Fescue (Festuca arundinacea Schreb.)
Tall fescue is widely used in temperate regions throughout the world as a dominant forage grass as well as a turfgrass, in pastoral and turf industry. However, the utilization of tall fescue was limited because of its leaf roughness, poor regeneration ability and poor stress resistance. New cultivars were desirable in modern pastoral industries exceed the potential of existing cultivars. Theref...
